Shown on June 27, 1929, is a front view of the Alhambra Hospital at 3014 M Street. It was one of 11 hospitals serving Sacramento at the time. In an advertisement from the 1935 Sacramento City Directory, the hospital claimed "rates from $3 up" and touted itself as the "hospital with the homelike atmosphere."
