Assignment: Jane Withers in court. 45/47: Seated beside her attorney Jerry Giesler, during a conference in Superior Judge Allen T. Lynch's court at Santa Monica, actress Jane Withers unexpectedly breaks into tears. The two were in court with attorney Charles Nichols representing Miss Withers' husband, William Paul Moss Jr. for a pre-trial hearing. 46: Jane Withers and Jerry Giesler confer".
