Description
Santa Monica Public Library Image Archives. A804 Digital object 4831 img0046 City of Santa Monica Historic Resources Inventory. Douglas Park historic name was Padre Park. The land was originally owned by the Santa Monica Land and Water Co. and contained a reservoir. Douglas Aircraft used the site from 1922-1929 after it was abandoned by the Herrmann Film Company.
