Description
Raw footage from a show titled "Los Angeles History Project" that aired on KCET in Los Angeles, from 1988 through 1990. Each of the three seasons consisted of four episodes. Chico Day was born in Mexico in 1907, the son of a Spanish bullfighter, and moved to Los Angeles in 1918. He followed his brother, Gilbert Roland, into the film business in 1932 as a Technical Director and Unit Production Manager and was Assistant Director with Cecil B. DeMille.
