Description
The Bolshevik "Revolutionary Tribunal" that sat as judges in the trial of Countess Sofia Panina, who was accused of embezzling from the Ministry of Education. The Tribunal was made up of two soldiers and five workers, most of whom were members of the Bolshevik party. The back of the photograph contain writing that reads: "Military Revolutionary Tribunal. Trial of Countess Panina." There are also notes in Russian and a stamp containing Russian text and phone number.
