"Filling spray rig [1], spraying in orchard using wands [1], and gang of three bean planters [2]." Four photos. "Fred's orchard was at the corner of Power Line Road and Garden Highway. His grandson, Bucky Novak, has his retail orchard on that spot today, called the Lazy Oaks. Fred grew plums and peaches for commercial canning. Bucky grows a great variety of fruit for the fresh retail market."
