She was presented the award by actor Phil Ahn, honorary mayor of Panorama City, at a dinner at the Doric Mission Inn, Mission Hills. The award was sponsored by the Panorama City Business and Professional Women's Club. 'Our club hopes to make the award an annual event,' Mrs. Arthur Phillips, chairman said."
