Boulder-Chino Transmission Line (3rd) - showing excavation of soil at and between towers 1 to 2 mile 103. 12' rod against vertical bank at right. 9' rod is 8.5' left and level with 12' rod. Both rods on centerline. Tower at left. Looking northeasterly.
