Description
White cotton lawn skirt with four insert panels (2" x 4") of pin tucks surrounded by trim with .75" circles. Each inserted panel ends in five one inch tucks, center panel of skirt edge in same trim. May have been worn as part of Frances Dainty Company performer costume.
