Near the top of the foreground stand three bulls whose heads face out of the photo; behind these three steers two horsemen flank this group of three; behind this grouping in the middle distance are groups of cattle; on the left corner are two horse riders; also in the middle distance two trees flank the scene; a fence runs on the right to border the area; behind the fence are trees and on the left background a hill can be seen.

Coe Brothers Ranch was owned by Henry W. and Charles W. Coe. Consisted of land in San Felipe Valley and Pine Ridge area around San Jose. Operated as cattle ranch.
