Other Decoration: Alternating red and blue initials in 2 sizes: 5-line for each new letter of the alphabet, 3-line for the topics under each letter; 1-line initials within the text slashed in red. Input into Digital Scriptorium by: C. W. Dutschke, 8/26/2012. Bound in 15th century German white pigskin, blind tooled with a circular stamp of the Virgin and Child in glory, a roll tool of animals chasing or fighting one another, and a fleur-de-lis; 2 fore edge clasps closign back to front; strips from an eleventh or early twelfth century manuscript used as reinforcement; titles written on bottom edge and on front cover: Vocabularius juris; Tabula martiniana; on the spine, the titles in a later hand and a square printed paper pressmark label: G 426.
