Description
The de Forest Monument, New York, marking the gravesite of Anna Margaret Robbins de Forest and Henry Swift de Forest, parents of Lee de Forest. Below his inscription is: "He lived for others." Below hers: "To know her was to be blessed." Henry de Forest, a congregational minister, was president of Talladega College.
