"This small shopping center opened last week at the southwest corner of Howe Avenue and Enterprise Drive, near the Fairlake Apartments. Its tenants are the Stop & Go Market ... and the Chandelier, a restaurant-cocktail lounge operated by Fred Cullincini. The 7,000 square feet of office-store space are enclosed in a structure designed by architect Dean F. Unger and built by John F. Otto for Build-To-Suit, Inc., the owners ..."
