Photograph of several lumberjacks felling a giant tree near Ukiah, ca.1910. Two men can be seen seated with their arms crossed in front of the base of a giant tree. Part of the tree above the heads of the men is cut away. Two men stand on boards extending from the tree at left and right. The men wear pants, long-sleeved shirts, and hats. Most of the men have facial hair, and the man at right wears suspenders. Trees are visible in the background.
