Description
A letter written by Peter Drucker to Ronald G. Greenwood discussing a potential promotion for Professor Greenwood, and Drucker's opinions about two papers he wrote. Peter Drucker liked the first piece about Harold F. Smiddy, but felt that the paper on Lillian M. Gilbreth failed to capture her true nature.
