Description
This is side two of a bonus disc that accompanies a series of audio cassettes on Drucker's book "The New Realities". It contains a personal message from Peter Drucker about turning his information into a reality and advice on how to best utilize the cassette tapes. He describes an example of a group session led by someone who frequently stopped the tape to discuss their own organization. It took four hours to get through a 60 minute tape, but they ended up with several action proposals as a result. Drucker emphasizes that the tapes are not about how to do, but what to do.
