Title supplied by cataloger. This photograph of Greater New Morning Star Baptist Church, located at 210 W. Florence Avenue, was taken from across the street. It shows a long, peach-color building with two visible entrances and a black security gate surrounding the structure. A banner on the upper left corner of the church reads: "No guns"; the main entrance to the church is half hidden behind a tree, and a second entrance is visible toward the right, between two small round windows. The church was founded on October 21, 1958, and the present building was purchased on June 8, 1973. Verso on photograph states that this church was formally the LDS Matthews Ward. Photograph dated: July 2005.
