Harry Bannister, Miss Harding's husband, had sought to void a Nevada court order granting Miss Harding her daughter's custody. The court ruled Bannister could visit little Jane in Miss Harding's Hollywood home."; Second photograph caption dated May 29, 1936 reads, "Determined to sail for England tomorrow, Ann Harding, blonde patrician film star, arrived in Montreal, Canada, today with her daughter, Jane.
