Description: The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on January 15, 1962 states: "Commissioners of the Crystal Bay, Lake Tahoe, Fire Protection District have accepted the $37,400 firehouse from the contractor, the Savini Construction Company of Carson City, Nev. It will be occupied soon by the new fire chief, Floyd Frakes of Van Nuys, Los Angeles County, who has been hired to replace Doug Ingram who resigned from the post on December 30th."
