Photograph of workers picking lemons at the Lemoneira Ranch in Santa Paula, ca.1925. The workers wear picking sacks over their shoulders as they pick lemons from the tops of thin ladders. Two opposing rows of pickers work through the opposing lanes of lemon trees. The scene continues into the distance. Photoprint reads "Picking lemons on part of 900 acres devoted to lemons on the largest lemon ranch in the world, the Limoneira Ranch, Santa Paula".
