Isao Watanabe, of the Federation of Japan Electric Communication Industrial Associations writes Mr. Protzman saying that it has been twelve years since the CCS (Civil Communications Section) top management study group was organized. Watanabe shares that he feels that Japanese industries of various fields are indebted to those who received Protzman's lectures which implanted ideas of management and quality control. He goes on to say that the first members of the aforementioned group met together to recollect those days and unanimously decided to offer an article from the Mikimoto Pearl Company to repay Protzman's kindness. The letter contains Watanabe's original signature. The postscript was marked through.
