Description: View of Ergo Alexander Majors, III of Oakland rode the last lap into Sacramento at 9:00pm. At right is Waddell F. Smith opening the "Mochila" and among the letters was one for Mayor James B. McKinney from the Mayor of St. Joseph, Missouri, Arthur Meers. All part of the centennial of the Pony Express in 1960.
