Description
Title supplied by cataloger.
Photographer's caption reads, "The large windowed white and red Metro Rapid bus makes two stops on the Miracle Mile - at La Brea Avenue and Fairfax Avenue. During rush hour this one mile route takes about three minutes. Riders are office workers and some students but mostly they are service workers - house keepers, restaurant and hotel workers - traveling east to west to Beverly Hills and Westwood, then returning in the late afternoon. Somber and weary they briefly pass through the Miracle Mile."
