Chuck wagon will be highlight of West Valley Junior Equestrian Horse Show Oct. 14 in Granada Hills, along with contest, special exhibitions and concessions. More than 500 participants and guests are expected at Bonnie Ray Ranch. Sponsors of program are children and youths, 8 to 18 years old, who organized in horse-riding group 3 1/2 years ago.
