Description
These rock drillers are clearing a path for the high-pressue penstock pipeline to Big Creek Powerhouse #1. The tripods that hold the compressed air drills were nicknamed "spiders," and were developed specifically to deal with the steep terrain encountered on the Big Creek Project.
