Sacramento River Cats' Dinger is having a tough time hitting a home run, so Mike on the Mic suggests getting a book to help. At the Library, Dinger spots his buddy Otterby, who shows him some of the fun things they can do there. Dinger gets a passport, prints his own book, and checks out a guitar!
