Title supplied by cataloger. Not a Cornfield, a 32-acre project created by artist Lauren Bon, transformed an industrial brownfield into a cornfield for one agricultural cycle. The City of Los Angeles dedicated this field, also known as Southern Pacific's Cornfield Yard, as Cultural Monument #82 for its role as the Southern Pacific's River Station railroad yard. As of 2006, this location became known as Los Angeles State Historic Park. Comic book writer, editor and major west coast underground comic book distributor, George (at left) and his son, American actor Leo DiCaprio (wearing a black shirt) walk with two unidentified people at "Not a Cornfield", which is located just north of Chinatown and within half a mile from El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument. Photograph dated September 25, 2005.
