Shows old Overton Bldg., on the right (erected in 1852) and Minnie Nagele property, on the left (erected in 1881). Businesses include: Star Cafe, Hotel Rialto, Washington Hotel. Walter Hepting was born in Sacramento (father was from Switzerland, mother from Germany). Worked for the State Treasurer's Office. Was amateur historian, collected old photographs and images of Sacramento. 1989-1417.
