SERIES: Fifty three views of Chicago area scenes including Lake Michigan, State Street, the Chicago River, sternwheelers, and other landmarks. This view is of a statue of General Thaddeus Kosciuszko on his horse. The general was a hero of the Revolutionary War. The monument is in Humboldt Park, Chicago.
