Description
2017-0230. Bust-length portrait. Rear-Admiral William Evashintsoff, Russian Navy, made several trips to the United States. Several trips in the 1890's, including one in June of 1896, when he arrived in San Francisco seeking capitol to build salmon cannery in Alaska.
