Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker discusses his ideas on management in his audiobook, “The Nonprofit Drucker.” On this tape, Drucker concludes and summarizes the section entitled, “Mission and Leadership.” Drucker begins by discussing the highlights of the previous tapes and interviews, and states that mission must come first. He talks about why non-profits and public institutions are essential to community function. He stresses the importance of long-term planning. Drucker says that leaders must be active and result-driven. He ends the interview by talking about how to turn around a failing institution.
