Description
Photograph caption dated September 19, 1961 reads "A busy place. Encino Community Center Corp. directors Margaret Boyd, Arline Siegel and Irving Schulman discuss future plans of the non-profit organization designed to provide youth and community service to Encino residents. The center is bothered by a tax problem and lack of funds, but leaders are confident of overcoming problems, and have adopted a five-year plan."
