Description
Photographic portrait of an unidentified woman, [s.d.]. The woman is seated in a chair whose arms and legs are carved into faces, her hands in her lap. She wears a lightly-colored calico dress, which is decorated in a floral pattern. The sleeves stop just beyond her forearms, dangling trails of decorative lace. The woman looks off towards the left of the image. Her face is round and soft and her hair appears to be pulled into a bun. She appears to be in her late thirties or early forties.
