A group of refugees flee a town. In the foreground, a woman carries one child while she leads another child by the hand. Near her are two men, one carrying a small bag and the other watching the mother with his arms outstretched. In the background, a number of people on foot and riding horseback carry bags as they walk away from the town in the distance.
