Description
A letter from an unnamed author expressing gratitude for the information he learned the previous year. He writes that the kind and thoughtful talking, along with the atmosphere of the office, made the author feel as though he had been in America. The author shares that the Japanese government recently issued an announcement stating that individuals who want to go to America to learn, should submit an application. The author goes on to list the engineers and professors he would like to see in the United States. The letter also contains an itinerary and computations. The letter is in original handwriting.
