Description
STEREO-2806 IN BOXED SET: [VAULT] *c917.94 U56 Individual stereo in: Stereoscopic views of California. Box title: Seeing California through the stereoscope. 8172 Gray mount. Topmost part of the Court of the Palace Hotel underneath the glass ceiling; series of five arrangements stretch from the foreground to the back wall; the arrangements consist of a large single pedestal supporting a large flat topped vase with fern-like leaves arising and flanked by two smaller pedestals with smaller ases and plants; below this level can be seen three lower floors; each floor overlooks the court with a balcony railing and rhythmic arrangements of a group of four pillars at intervals along the railing.
