Description
Peter Drucker writes to Carolina Biquard to congratulate her for receiving Stephan Schmidheiny's support and endorsement. He also takes this opportunity to remind her that she must cut down on her workload by delegating responsibility to others and focusing on a small list of priorities. He goes on to give her advice on how to go about delegating her duties, such as, making sure her managers keep her fully informed, but are also capable of handling issues without delegating them up the ladder to her.
