Description
The pier and town at Avila Beach. Back of postcard reads: 'Dear Grandma, Tuesday night we stoped a little above Santa Barbara & last night at Avila (our camp is about where the x is). It is about 6 mi. below San Louis Obispo. We have had a lovely trip no trouble so far. It is a [illeg.] warm in the middle the day but real cool in the morning. I don't think we will stay here because the [illeg.] [illeg.] good. Will write again soon. With love, Grace.' Addressed to Mrs. Alice L. [illeg.], 705 N. Garey Ave., Pomona, Calif.
