Photograph caption dated December 26, 1957 reads, "Dr. and Mrs. Douglas Collier of Reseda climb into Cessna 170, four-passenger airplane for takeoff to Double J Ranch near Victorville. Dr. Collier, flight surgeon at Lockheed, holds private pilot license and is member of Lockheed Flying Club. His wife is working toward her pilot's license."
