Dick Whittinghill was born on March 5, 1913. He was an American film and television actor, recording artist and radio disk jockey in the United States. He died on January 24, 2001. Photograph caption dated July 13, 1955 reads "Dick Whittinghill sings for 'em." The article partially reads "On Saturday night, June 18, KRCA held a combination dance and carnival to publicize the need for a San Fernando Valley Teen Center. Over 2,000 teen-agers and oldsters turned out for the three-hour event which took place on the grounds of the NBC television studios in Burbank."; See images #00124664 through #00124674 for all photos in this series.
