Description
"The Camelot Apartments, a newly completed $175,000 facility at 315 T Street, was erected on a site selected for redevelopment by the city planning department's community improvement section. The 18 unit development is a joint venture of Sacramento realtor Tom Dovi and Mitsugu Matsuda, a grocery store owner. The Schoeffler Construction Company was the contractor and Buzz Garcia the designer for the project."
