The breakfast will be held at Ontra Cafeteria, 5344 Van Nuys Blvd., Van Nuys, said Mrs. Frank Carr, Woodland Hills, chairman of the drive. Culmination of the drive will be a special pre-season concert on Oct. 6-7 at Polytechnic High School, 12431 Roscoe Blvd., Sun Valley. It will be a benefit for the association....A non-profit corporation, the association is sponsored by the Los Angeles Adult Schools, the Los Angeles County Music Commission and the Musicians Trust Fund. Information on memberships and the benefit musical may be obtained from the symphony office, 6304 Van Nuys Blvd., Van Nuys."
