Description
Photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on December 1, 1977 states: "The house trailer with the fenced yard around it recently opened near Folsom Prison as a visitors' center. The facility, operated by Friends Outside, Sacramento House of Hospitality and Catholic Social Service, will provide day care services for the children of persons visiting prisoners and also will serve as emergency overnight accommodations for prisoners' families."
