A real old-fashioned circus parade came to Los Angeles for the first time in 12 years. Elephants of the Cole Bros.-Clyde Beatty circus are shown when they paraded down the streets. Throngs turned out to thrill to the music of the calliope and the horse-drawn gaily-colored wagons with their cargoes of wild beasts. Photo dated: September 21, 1936.
