Photograph of an exterior view of the home of Robert and Clara Burdette, 1910. Built at the turn of the century by Clara Burdette's second husband, a Confederate colonel, who willed it to her when he died. Mature landscaping in this photo, which shows driveway barely visible at left of photo. The gutter of the driveway can be seen in the far left foreground. A variety of trees and flowers decorate the large yard at center. The top of the house is barely visible through the larger trees in the background.
