Description
Mill Valley Police Captain Joe Canet writes a speeding ticket for Bernice Robertson. "'Now Uncle Joe, you know I wasn't speeding!' pleads Mrs. Robertson as Captain Joe pretends to write up a ticket. Mrs. Robertson, who is still partly crippled from a bout with polio, finds the Autoette ideal for getting about town promoting her cosmetic business. The electrically run car has a maximum speed of 20 miles per hour."
