B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Charles W. Protzman, Sr., saying that he thinks Protzman will read his letter to Mr. Hopper with much interest. He says that recently, however, all the Japanese industrial people do not have any knowledge of the CCS (Civil Communications Section) industrial management forum in 1949, except for a few old men. Inoue informs Protzman that JIVTA (Japan Industrial and Vocational Training Association), a promoter of the CCS seminar in Japan, does not know about the contents of the seminar, and it does not have any original material in connection with it. He says that he believes that Hopper's article in Human Resource Management awakened JIVTA people, and the translation of it into Japanese will surely revive the CCS seminar. Inoue goes on to say that he will send a copy of the October issue of JIVTA's magazine. The letter contains Inoue's original signature.
