Photograph caption dated May 27, 1964 reads "Ken McBride stopped American League's top hitter, Tony Oliva (above), as well as the rest of powerful Minnesota Twins, but it wasn't enough Tuesday night. McBride, who only gave up three hits, lost a tough 2-1 decision to Jim Kaat and the Twins." The Twins were playing the Los Angeles Angels. The game was held at Dodger Stadium.
