Description
Survey of a one story Spanish colonial revival house built in 1928. The house was built by Wally Caldwell. The garage on the back of the lot was the original structure on the site which housed the Naftel's while the house was being built. The only notable alteration was the addition of a bedroom built in 1929. This residence is historically important because the Naftel family were early settlers and citrus ranchers in the area above Baseline. The land was originally owned by David Naftel's father, C.E. Naftel who divided the land between his sons.
