Description and images of "The Athlete," by Walt Kuhn. Reed was the model for this painting. The color image of the painting was printed from a website, the soure of the black and white image is unclear. The third item is a photocopy of a folder with handwritten notes on it from the Walt Kuhn Family Papers Collection in the Smithsonian Archives of American Art. Creator is unknown but the folder was likely created by Kuhn's daughter Brenda and the images were likely printed by Reed's family.
